Image from store CSS Diff
Description from store With CSS Diff you can find all CSS properties that differ between two HTML elements. To compare elements, activate Chrome Developer Tools (F12) and open "CSS Diff" tab located in the right panel of the "Elements" module (please refer to the screenshot). Next, inspect (e.g. using magnifying glass button) first of the elements that you wish to compare. As soon as it will be selected, CSS Diff will display it in the "last inspected" section. Hit "Compare" button and repeat the whole process for the another element. As soon as two HTML elements will be selected, CSS Diff will show all CSS differences between them. Latest reviews (2019-09-05) Nicholas Sorokin: Handy dandy and works with the dark theme. Comparing accross tabs is super useful. (chrome 67) (2019-07-17) Adrian Bjugård: Not working on latest Chrome builds (2019-06-10) gary wang: does't work on latest chrome version. (2017-12-04) Sam Jerome Scarsella: Doesn't work in Chrome 62 (2016-06-14) Александр Мага: nice ext, thanks. (2016-01-05) Michael Capuano: Awesome tool, especially for media queries and changes associated with refactoring! (2015-12-15) Benjamin Stookey: This is great! I was really happy to find that this was out there and supported multiple tabs. (2015-11-13) Bency Lin: 可以同一個元件跨 tab 比對也可以同一個元件在不同狀態下比對,這套件好猛阿 (2015-11-12) Artem Artemov: Great tool, especially across breakpoints (screen sizes) and local vs develop vs prod environment diffs. (2015-04-13) Mitchell Harris: Very useful. I'd love a way to refresh the diff after I make some style changes. (2014-12-16) Ryan Sonshine: Very happy to see you are able to compare from different tabs; great feature, good execution. Thanks for the app. (2014-09-29) Michael Richardson: Exactly what I needed and the developer is very responsive and friendly. Word of caution, you're looking for the "CSS Diff" tab on the dev-tools strip where you find "Styles, Event Listeners, etc..", NOT "Elements, Network" and if you can't find it, you might need to either hit the ">>" or widen the right panel (when you're in horizontal split view). (2014-04-28) Laurent Perroteau: Simple and perfect (2013-11-21) Nick Lechnowskyj: Neat, simple tool. Would be neat write a more complex tool that could visual show you html differences and upon clicking on any element would update the css diff output.
