Politifact doesn't include overall honesty ratings by default. I decided to fix this.
The way it works is this - basically, a politican scores points based on true and false statements. For example, for each true statement a politician makes, they can cancel out a "pants on fire one." These statements are weighted by how true and how false the statement is. The total number of points is divided by the total number of possible points, then multiplied by 100 to get a percentage.
The equation is quite simple for those interested - (3 * trueStatements - 3 * pantsOnFireStatements) + (2 * mostlyTrueStatements - 2 * falseStatements) + ( halfTrueStatements - mostlyFalseStatements); / (3 * totalStatements)) * 100 = Honesty Percentage.
For those who know and care what this means, the code is Lint-Free by JSLint, JSHint, and ESLint.
