Some people suggest to create new account and recover , but that apparently generates new address which make people loose access to previous address they have deposited the coin into.

• (2021-05-29) Auskrieg Lanze: Guys, I've been reading about the recent problem with the wallet extension showing only one half of the wallet, when clicked on extension, whilst trying everything, I even removed and added it again, nothing seems to help, is it a problem with new update or what? If so, do we need to contact the devs or wait for fix? It is a serious problem since you can not deposit, send nor pick up the staking rewards.

• (2021-05-28) Nick A.: It was fine until the recent update caused only the bottom half of the wallet to be visible. This makes the wallet unusable. The top half is just gone, the same as others have mentioned. I'm using the extension in Brave on Win10. I've read other similar issues from people using different browsers and OS.

It worked initially and i was happily staking and claiming rewards. i am unable to sign off on staking transactions as it is telling me : undefined is blocked Requests to the server have been blocked by an extension. Try disabling your extensions. ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT i tried reinstalling extension, i tried to disable the other extensions running to no avail. i currently cannot access my 53K coins that are being staked any ideas out there on how to clear this error?

I tried to stake my coins but the harmony staking page kept saying I didn't have the wallet extension installed (I Had). So, I removed the extension and installed again, BUT I didn't saved my privacy key, that I didn't even knew what was it for. Now they don't have a Recovery page or even a login page for you to have the wallet back. HOW THE HELL I GET MY WALLET BACK!!!

If you were able to integrate directly with Dapps built on the Harmony chain instead of having to use Metamask work around Other than that, Ethereum has some real competition here... Then shortly thereafter I transferred additional $One from binance to stake. It will not let me. I'm getting multiple error codes when attempting to stake, claim rewards, and transfer back to binance. Please help.

I added as a chrome extension put my name created a password verified the seed phrase. At that time I haven't been able to do anything else and it is not self explanatory as to what my next step should be it took me to another pop-up that wants my private key and I have no idea what that is much less a wallet address or any other info other than i installed it as an extension and that's it, there's no clear or obvious navigations. I will be the first to admit Im new the blockchain, crypto,and investing... this is the #1 issue with the tech it is scary and under explained when it comes to the mass adoption in my case ite not clear at all what options one has nor what I do to move forward . I want to get involved and learn the different ecosystems but run into this very same issue it seems no matter the platform ...As i said Im as green as one could be in this world of defi and the likes and this is and will be the one issue with the adoption of it and why its overwhelmingly more understood by the younger generations . I was raised in an era that it was ingrained in us that you didn't just go in or on something and start touching a bunch of random stuff, we are talking about potentially depositing money into these systems that seem set-up for the individual that already has a firm grasp of there surroundings which is not the case for a larger percent of the population .....I could use some input on what to do all it is offering at this moment is nothing!! thanks for any assistance i can get
