• (2021-11-17) Kimberly Abbi: This extension is AWESOME! I am pregnant and it takes a lot of skill to be able to decipher what is safe and what is not. Whenever I shop online I feel like it's just a lot of extra work but shopping with Midori has cut the time in half and it's information that I can trust and easily understand! I wish this existed when I had my first son. I totally plan to use this postpartum as well. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a little help navigating all the ingredients when shopping.

And, even better, it provides alternatives to products you might be interested in. Definitely part of my shopping routine now!

I have been buying toothpaste/shampoo from Amazon on a regular basis, Midori helps reconfirm the safety labels promoted by the brand, and shows me what ingredients I need to become aware of during different courses of my life! It's even better than a lot of apps/websites that have similar functions because it always shows up when you shop! The best ability is always availability!

I have struggled with skincare products as my skin was always hyper reactive and extra-sensitive as a result of chemical peels, acne medication and harsh scrubs. I have been very careful in creating a strict skin care routine with only a handful of products that may suit my sensitive skin needs. Midori is so perfect, using it to navigate different products and what the ingredients mean and how it may affect your skin, as well as recommending alternatives. Happy to now have an extension that helps me break it down and shows me which products are truly clean and good for not only our health but our environment. I recently found out that the reason why my skin sometimes gets red or hot when I try new products is because it reacts to certain ingredients that I need to completely avoid in my beauty and skincare routine. So the obvious solution moving forward was to read each ingredient on the product labels to make sure that they don't contain any of the ingredients I'm allergic to... And let me tell you, that is no easy task!! That's why I am so happy that I found this extension! With Midori, I don't need to read labels anymore because it does all the job for me. 100% would recommend to anyone who cares about what ingredients are used in their cosmetic products!

It's been such a chore to examine every ingredient on the list, so I was so happy to find Midori. I was shocked to realize that some of my go-tos categorized as "clean" still had many harmful ingredients. Midori has helped me replace my beauty cabinet with products I can actually trust. I love how it highlights all of the risky ingredients and even provides suggestions for better products! It makes purchasing new products so much easier.

I always try to avoid toxic chemicals because I know that at long term it could affect our health, but the truth is that everything has toxic chemicals! Midori helps to gain awareness of the chemicals used in the cosmetic industry and their health effect. For me, this is a way to decrese the use of chemicals, at the same time it will decrease the GES (greenhouse emissions) and it helps us to protect the planet!

As someone who loves shopping at Sephora, I would generally go by the Clean at Sephora label. Once I downloaded the extension I learned that a lot of the expensive skincare I had been purchasing still contained harmful ingredients! I love the way it simplifies the ingredient lists and groups them by categories. It also has a neat product recommendation feature!
