- (2021-08-17) F G: If I could give it no stars, I would. It was cumbersome to use initially, and then it suddenly gave me an error message saying my password was invalid. I was using my correct password as I was just using it that same morning. I lost all my passwords and now wondering who hacked in and got all my passwords. Support was unable to assist me in retrieving my password manager account. I do not recommend this product or their VPN.
