I had 3,500 reviews on Amazon, but only 247 downloaded because that is how many people left reviews- the rest were just ratings. I found support to be helpful and this plugin performed the job it says, but remember you will not collect all the shiny stars that appear on Amazon.

Hi, I was excited to be able to scrape up to 5000 reviews at a time, but most only pulled 10% of reviews on the ASIN. So very disappointing. I've also checked to see where I can cancel my subscription and the PRO button, subscription button does not work. Please could you let me know if it's going to be possible to get more reviews and if not, please can you cancel my subscription. Thanks
