AliExpress Invoice Generator fetches order details from your orders located on the AliExpress order page using the filters provided by AliExpress in a selected time range. Once the data is fetched, it is compiled in a PDF containing all order details including date, shipping cost and total price all being conveniently summed up in a total at the bottom of the PDF document.
🤔 How to use the AliExpress Invoice Generator Tool?
Step 1. First, install the AliExpress Invoice Generator extension from the Chrome Web Store (click on “Add to Chrome”)
Step 2. Visit the AliExpress Orders page or click on the red button “Go to AliExpress”
Step 3. Click on the red icon resembling a folder containing 3 white strips to open AliExpress Invoice Generator Extension
Step 4. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and add in your company details, and then click on the “Save Changes” button.
Step 5. Once you are on the AliExpress order page, click on the input field called “Click to select date range”, and pick your desired dates from the date picker and then click on the red button called “Get Invoices”
Step 6. Now you’ll be redirected to the loading page where all your invoices will be gathered and added to a PDF file
Step 7. After the process is done, the PDF file will be downloaded to your local storage

In the event you close the loading page while it’s loading, it may cause your AliExpress order page to be unresponsive. If this happens, then head over to the settings tab and click on “Clear loading cache” link to solve the issue.
