• (2019-01-04) B Rich: Well I loved using it for a year after buying a license. Then it expired without warning and I had no way of knowing. I found out by logging errors in chrome and it said my license expired. Now I want to renew my license but don't know where to do it. Frustrating!
• (2018-03-05) Hi Zang, we find the plugin VERY useful for scheduling Webex meetings. The only issue I am currently facing is that I can't find in the PLugin where you can select "Display Global Call In Numbers" so it appears to default to US numbers. PLease can you help?
• (2018-01-18) Chad Reidl: The Zang Connect for WebEx plugin is used globally across our enterprise. The tool is easy to use and efficient. The account team, support team, and customer care teams are very responsive which is great! The subscription model through resellers vs. direct is a bit challenging and the price points are different. My suggestion to other customers is to buy direct from the Zang Marketplace. I also think the inability to co-term additional subscriptions is not ideal and should be addressed by Zang in the future. However, overall the tool itself simplifies the ability to schedule WebEx meetings using Google Calendar.

• (2016-11-23) Ken Austin: Product works as expected and fills the void left by Cisco by not extending Webex productivity toolkit support to Google clients. We are now able to schedule and maintain Webex meetings from the GCal UI similar to the way it was managed from our legacy email app. Product also provides a handy daily agenda view that can be used to launch/join scheduled Webex meetings. Product support and responsiveness has also been good, our feedback and suggestions are valued and addressed in a timely way.
• (2016-10-20) Worked fine in demo mode. Once I upgraded to paid mode it stopped working. After re-install, it worked partially. No response from my requests for user support. Definitely not ready for prime time. If it worked, it would be just what I need.

• (2014-09-25) Justin Colvin: One click WebEx and Direct sync between my Google calendar. What's not to love? Seriously the most efficient addition to WebEx out there. I can create a meeting from my Google Cal and add a WebEx with my own template by a click of a button. What if a few people can't make the meeting time?-- No problem, simply drag and drop the meeting time or edit the time from the even in Google cal and all parties are updated. No more logging into the WebEx portal to change and then copying and pasting into a new email to update all. It saves me so much time and is a breeze to use on the fly.

  When we schedule meetings using the plugin, it does not allow callers to join the meeting before the host starts it on their computer. After creating the meeting, we have to sign into our webex site and check the box, "Attendees can also connect to audio conference" under the Date & Time tab in advanced scheduler. This behavior causes confusion to our users, Customer Prospects and Customers. This does not give a very good impression to customer prospects and customers.

  Hello, When I close all my Chrome windows or restart my computer the Esna iLink for WebEx extension stops working. Clicking the extension button shows two null fields and clicking the Options link sends me to a page that, again, has null fields and an "auth" link that doesn't work. To get logged back in to iLink for Webex I have to disable then re-enable the extension.

  Ever since the update, I am unable to generate a meeting in my google calendar. It just loads indefinitely and I have to close out of calendar altogether to stop it from freezing. Suggestions?

  I really want to love this, but it won't work with our meeting.webex.com account. The generated link is not working and it won't fetch the dial-in details into the meeting invite so basically can't really use it. :( too bad!

  When creating a webex session, the Audio dial-in info isn't populated in the Event Details, only the link to the webex session. It would be advantageous to have the dial-in info included as some users will not be accessing the meeting via the link, only phone. As it is, I have to manually paste the meeting dial-in info in the details, which defeats have the purpose of having a this tool. Otherwise, works great!
