Latest reviews (2019-09-15) Francesco Basile: There are problems with this extension. For example you can not use for multiple Gmail accounts, also the numbered light with the read messages does not turn on and you do not see, I hope someone does something. (2019-05-25) Danny Pringle: I tried this and uninstalled this extension as it appeared useless and full of glitches. They again deducted an amount from my CC as I cannot log in to cancel it - so I decided to give it another go. Naively, I then thought maybe I am missing out on what this can do and upgraded to the US$39 pm option. Only to find that it really is as bad and/or worse than the US$5pm option. I cannot log in and when I click on support Tab it gives me 404 page. What an absolute waste of precious time and hard earned money. I now have to try and get this to not deduct amounts from my CC again at the end of the 30 days. NOT recommended at all. (2018-07-24) Armen Dallakian: The only good thing is that it is free. Unreliable, glitchy. Does not work with multiple gmail accounts. YOu will get sick and tired by disabling, enabling, signing out and in! The customer support tries to help, but, honestly, they do not seem to be knowledgeable enough to understand the problem and come up with solution. Had to remove from Chrome for good. You should try harder, Will! (2018-07-17) John Nike: All of the sudden doesn't work any longer. It just vanished. I can't seem to find neither the notifications button or the checkbox when I try to send an email. The sad thing is, I really liked this extension to compared to a bunch others tracking services (2018-07-07) Dina Perkins: This is the absolute best tracker I have found to date. Aside from a couple of little glitches here and there, it works smoothly and accurately. I highly recommend having this. I am happy that I am able to stay aware of what is going on in our ministry because of this app. ***Now that I gave this program a great rating, it won't let me log in any longer :-( I guess it's off to a new one again. (2018-06-23) Shubham Mishra: Excellent extension. I have tried similar add-ons but nothing beats ContextSmith. It also provides detailed logs of when, on which network and on which device and how many times your mail was opened and all this for free. Other add-ons charge for what this one is providing for free. Keep up the good job (2018-04-10) Barclay McFadden: Well done, lots of details, and the only one I've used that has unlimited tracking free of charge. (2018-04-10) Barclay McFadden: Exceptional. I've been wondering why someone hasn't developed a robust tracker free of charge with CRM features if you upgrade. Well designed, lots of info, thank you and good luck! (2018-01-23) JD MOSELEY: i like this one (2017-11-01) Jessica Fox: It's a great concept and support is friendly and prompt to respond...until they stopped. Unfortunately I had to disable this because it conflicts with another extension that I use. After disabling the conflicting extension and trying to use just ContextSmith my Chrome started to run VERY slow and kept freezing using massive amounts of memory. When I disabled this extension my Chrome was back to its speedy self. (2017-10-27) Ajoy Sojan: Very well done. Intuitive, fast and beautiful interface. Free features that I would have otherwise paid for. Thank you! (2017-09-25) David Valles: Good email tracker that provides basic information freely while you'll usually have to pay for it using other email tracker. Unfortunately, ContextSmith misses a big point: show which email address opened your message when you sent it to several recipients. (2017-09-07) Victor Cheung: For everyone (personal use): 1. It's FREE. 2. Simple to track emails. One check-box only. 3. Tracks email open time, number of opens, etc. and well organized between opened and unopened emails. For business (if you use ContextSmith): 4. Sidebar can easily toggle between people and most importantly, Salesforce contacts. 5. One-click to create contacts, all contact data populated automatically inside ContextSmith.
