• (2017-12-07) Brian Barr: Absolutely terrible extension. It messes with the rendering of other websites and renders certain menus/etc useless. For example, this completely breaks YouTube dropdown menus in the newest Chrome. The service is good (was great until they lost Domino's, now it's meh). Worth it if you shop a lot, or have an Amex (Free subscription), but just sign in when the time comes.

• (2017-03-11) Matt Mallon: This extension would have been helpful if it merely gave me a notification when the product I was looking at happened to be on shoprunner with a lower price (as the extension overview description would have you believe). That would help both me as a consumer and shoprunner. However, what this extension has devolved into is a huge pop-up whenever I am looking at a product on amazon asking me to go to shoprunner instead. Mind you, this happens with products that are not even listed on shoprunner! The extension just lists random items that I am not even interested in and urges me to buy them. For example, I was looking at resistance bands on amazon, and the shoprunner extension popped up with advertisements for workout pants, even though these are two completely separate categories of product. It's merely shameless and intrusive advertising. This is incredibly annoying and not helpful for me whatsoever as a consumer. I have been a long-time customer and used to think favorably of shoprunner, but now this terrible and exploitative extension, purporting to be of actual service to customers, has me thinking that they will no longer have my business. Shameful. Avoid this extension.

• (2017-01-11) Andrew Boysen: I love the idea, but every time a lower price has been "found" the price was actually higher (the lower quoted price was wrong). I don't know what causes this, but if the app ever works right it will be amazing.

One was the same item ShopRunner advertised "kate spade new york Cedar Street Maise Satchel" in the picture of this extension. also, concerned about privacy. ShopRunner is not clear upfront about what information will be shared with them. for example, are they going to know every page i visit? gmail, cnn, etc? what is info is uploaded to their server. nice idea overall but have to think these thru and be upfront before putting this ext out there..
