When you open a PDF, Wavely can replace Chrome’s default viewer with a cleaner reader built for understanding content faster. Instead of jumping between tabs and tools, you can stay inside the document while reading, annotating, and asking questions.
With Wavely PDF Reader, you can:
• highlight and annotate text inside the PDF
• write document-specific notes
• save papers to your collections
• inspect citation metadata and reference context
• ask AI to explain selected text, translate passages, or answer follow-up questions about the current PDF
• switch back to Chrome’s default PDF viewer at any time
