Display full name instead of UserId for SAP Zenhub instance

This extension enables replacing user ids with user names also for Zenhub at SAP. Technically it is based on the extension for SAP Github. This extension will just work on Zenhub. It is disabled for Github. So you'll need both Extension if you want replacing on Github and Zenhub. The only reason I'm not adding the functionality for Zenhub to the Github extension, is that the minute I do that the extension will be disabled for all users of the Github Extension and has to be re-enabled by everybody. Therefore I'm keeping the two extension separate.
