A quick additional plugin for the Keeping.com ticketing system to allow you to filter support tickets by the agent they are assigned to.
Agent names and email addresses currently have to be pasted into the plugin options screen.
NB: We are not affiliated with keeping.com, the plugin was created to fill a functionality gap in an otherwise excellent system.

Hi there, I found your widget for Keeping.com per-agent filter and wondered if it is still functional. Should I install it on every agent browser or just with on my admin account is enough? Please tell me briefly what is the difference with and without your widget thanks Georgi
