Pin notes and action items to the top of any Outlook email thread. All notes are stored locally — nothing leaves your browser.
Outlook Sticky Notes lets you pin private notes and action items directly to the top of any Outlook email thread so the context you need is always right there when you open the conversation.
How it works
Click the sticky note icon that appears on any email thread to expand your notes panel. Add as many notes as you like, drag to reorder them, and edit or delete them at any time. When you're done, collapse the panel back to a small icon that shows your note count at a glance.
A badge also appears in your email list on any thread that has notes attached, so you can see at a glance which conversations have something pinned.

Privacy first
All notes are saved locally using your browser's built-in storage. Nothing is sent to any server, logged, or shared so your notes never leave your device.

- This is a new extension and it probably has a few tweeks to work out, but all-in-all it is exactly what I was looking for. It has helped me to write a few words to jog my memory on my next task is instead of re-reading pages and pages of an email thread. It sums up what I need without depending on co-pilot missing something I think is important. I like that this sticky note sticks on top on the email thread and does not get buried. I also like that the developer is responsive. If you see any issues, you can email and he will keep you updated.
