Udio Downloader - Allows you to download the MP3s, images, and lyrics for your Udio tracks. Tracks are named "Artist - Title (Unique identifier) [Genre tags].extension". We also have a Python script available to merge the lyrics and image into the MP3 (not included in the Chrome Extension).
