Adds basic tools and functionality for the game AirlineSim.
Current features:
1. Adds embedded link to AS Route Map site to view an airline's flight map quickly and easily.
2. Adjust all personnel salaries based on country average.
3. Save and reuse service profiles between airlines, even on different servers.
4. Save and reuse cabin configurations between airlines, even on different servers.
5. Open all stations in a country based on passsenger or cargo demand levels.
6. Basic profitability calculator for aircraft.
NOTE: This extension is still in very early development.
