Use the internet intentionally with scroll stopper. Scroll stopper allows you to specify a list of websites which you find distracting, and breaks up mindless visits by offering you a chance to reflect on why you're there.
Each time you visit a distracting site, you'll be asked to wait for a short time before continuing. If you still want to visit the site after you've paused for a moment to think, you'll be allowed through.
Deep focus mode:
In deep focus mode, all sites are disabled except for those which you've explicitly allowed.
