Enabling Admin By Request browser functionality.

Description from store

The purpose of the extension is to allow users to run downloaded files via the Admin By Request flow. As downloaded files opened through the browser run within the browsers' sandbox, the dowload event needs to be forwarded to the Admin By Request application to allow the file to run via the Admin By Request flows.
