This extension downloads PDF files open in tabs even if they are embedded in the pages.

Though it did not satisfy me, I think I would have loved this PDF app. Not everything works for everyone and everyone is different so I will try another app. I appreciate @Robert Glaser for making this, but it was not so helpful.
