Damir Harmina (Harmage) 2022-11-15: I really like the app, It's really useful for many things, but there's an obstacle that will kit it in December 2022. Whenever I'm about to log in a pop up pops up saing "AirDroid is no longer supported. Old versions of Chrome Apps won't open on Windows devices after December 2022. You can check if there's a new version available." So, if there's a new version (and as of writing this review, there isn't), the App will become obsolete. Hopefully you can do something about that. =)
Mike Substelny 2021-03-31: This is the most perfect app for driving my Android based telepresence robots. I do not use it to transfer files. I use it to conduct telepresence Easter Egg hunts. I love this app!
Sam W 2019-07-01: Can't even make an account. I just get a message saying "Failed to sign up, please try again." Which is absurd. You should have information telling the user why it failed. This is common knowledge by now. It's also pretty sad when people can't even get past a sign-up screen.

Justin Solíz 2018-09-30: Was looking for something to control my S8+ when i was home. The ability to text from my Chromebook, transfer files, and remote access are all nice features. Although, there are a few issues. The free account doesn't have enough data on it to really do much. Not to mention the "application" download is really just a link. I want actual desktop airdroid support, not just a link.

Ian Sinclair 2017-10-14: My friend and I spent 60 minutes trying to get the file to transfer from his android to my mac or my iphone. We gave up and he went home to send it via dropbox or email. AirDrop would have taken 6 seconds.

D O 2017-08-12: There's a 200mb data cap with the free version to last 5 days. I tried it out with a 100mb file but I used up all my data doing so. I then couldn't do anything (Even close the app down because of a pop-up box asking me to go premium. TBH, this has stopped me upgrading. Very frustrating, I understood the message first time, I didn't need a reminder every 1-2 seconds!

Anonymous 2017-03-14: This should open as it's own window - not as a tab. Otherwise, it's not really a chrome app, just a link to the website. Being an app that opens as a window has the benefit of being able to be opened for the start menu in Windows and Spotlight in macOS.
