The HAPPISOFT Client Portal extension brings your support workflow into Chrome so you do not have to keep a tab open to stay on top of requests.
WHAT IT DOES
• Sign in with your HAPPISOFT client portal account from the extension popup.
• Create support tickets with a title, rich-text description (basic formatting), priority, and optional file attachments.
• Search your tickets by key or title, select a ticket, and send replies with rich text and attachments.
• Insert a link to the page you are currently viewing into a reply when context helps your team.
• See recent tickets in the popup and jump to the full web portal when you need the complete experience.
• Receive desktop notifications when there is new activity on your tickets (for example new replies or comments), so you can respond without constantly checking email or the portal.
WHO IT IS FOR
This extension is for customers and client users who work with HAPPISOFT and use the client portal for support. It is designed for people who want faster access to ticketing from the browser they already use every day.
PRIVACY & DATA
The extension connects to your HAPPISOFT portal to perform these actions. It uses Chrome permissions needed for sign-in state, periodic checks for updates, and optional notifications. Configure your portal connection in the extension settings if your organization provides a specific portal URL.
