PausePoint

PausePoint is a lightweight anti-addiction tool. When you open a site you've marked as distracting (short videos, live streams, etc.), it pauses you with a full-screen overlay and asks: "What is your real purpose?" Only after you answer does the timer start.

Features:

- Monitor sites you choose; matches all subdomains automatically
- Ask-first flow with preset/custom questions, configurable per site
- "Time only" mode: skip the prompt, just track time
- Floating timer at bottom-right, draggable, hides on non-monitored pages
- Auto pause when you switch tabs or minimize; resumes when you return
- One-click "close page" red button
- 100% local: your answers are never saved, no data collection, no analytics
