HOW IT WORKS

1. Navigate to MyFitnessPal in Chrome
2. Open Fitport from the side panel
3. Select your date range and export format
4. Export your data — copy to clipboard or download as a file
5. Paste into your favorite AI tool for analysis

PRIVACY FIRST

Fitport processes all data locally in your browser. No fitness data is ever sent to external servers. The only optional outbound calls are to Lemon Squeezy (our payments and licensing provider) when you upgrade to or activate Pro — those calls send only the license key, never any fitness data.
