Capabl Manager Toolkit supercharges your CrossKnowledge Capabl LMS manager experience by adding powerful team management actions directly into the My Team page, plus an AI assistant and quick launcher from the extension icon.
Quick access
• Open the extension icon for shortcuts to My Team, Explore, Emails, Certificate, and more
• The same shortcuts appear on the Welcome tab in Settings
AI Assistant
• Chat to create learners, manage your team, and register training in plain language
• Team dashboards, commands panel, and PDF export
• Edit profiles and assign managers from chat, with confirmation before changes run
• Requires a Mistral API key in Settings → API
Team management
• Add or remove team members individually or in bulk
• Create new learner accounts on the fly
• Bulk import learners via CSV paste with guided column mapping
• Assign and reassign managers to learners with smart search
Learner administration
• Edit learner profiles (name, email, login, entity, custom fields)
• Update access status — enable/disable accounts and set date ranges
• View registration activity at a glance
Training & registrations
• Register learners to training sessions directly from the team view
• Configure default training registrations for streamlined onboarding
Certificate download
• Download issued completion certificates for a training session
