Open a YouTube watch page, click the extension, then choose Get transcript. It accesses only the active video after your click. Context packs keep timestamps so claims can be checked against the source.
Privacy and limits:
The extension runs locally. It does not download video or audio, bypass unavailable captions, require an account or API key, track behavior, or send transcripts to Kamnevapps. It works only when YouTube or the video creator provides captions.
