Open a profile and click the grader icon. A panel gives the profile a score from 0 to 100 and one of three grades: A-Player, Solid B, or Proceed with caution. Below the grade, the panel lists the reasons in plain English. It shows red flags like job hopping, gaps, or no promotions. It also shows green flags like steady moves up and long stays.
How it works

3. Read the score and the flags. Then decide who gets the interview.
