An extension that provides monthly cash flow, cap rate, and cash-on-cash yield (annual ROI) for Zillow property listings
This extension provides investment details for Zillow property listings -- including monthly cash flow, cap rate, and cash-on-cash ROI.
Simply click on the desired property from your Zillow search, and then click on the extensions icon. The extension pop-up will appear with financial details related to the listing.
In addition to taking details from the Zillow listing, this extension allows you to establish additional monthly expenses such as property management fees, repair and maintenance expenses, and vacancy rates to provide a more accurate depiction of your possible returns.
You may change the results by modifying the "Monthly costs" section of the Zillow listing and the editable fields in the extension. This will update the results to account for your modifications.
I hope this free and lightweight extension improves your search for your next investment property. I still recommend asking the listing agent for financial details and using BiggerPockets (or other) analysis tools, but this extension should save you some back-of-the-napkin math while browsing Zillow's real estate listings for your next rental property.
This extension is not owned or maintained by Zillow. Thanks for trying and let me know if you have any recommendations to improve the extension!

I tried your app, but it doesn't seem to get the rent zestimate so all of its calcs are off. I tried over a dozen properties. I verified that they had rent estimates
