• (2022-06-15) Customer Service: Great extension but only while you on the trial. After subscription and payment it doesn't work (Start Process button disabled). Contacted developer the very same day but haven't heard back since then. Cancelled subscription and contacted Stripe requesting the refund.

• (2021-10-25) Michael Olenick: Works but requires a subscription and - as apparent here - there's no option to easily unsubscribe. Do not download and definitely not subscribe. Google should remove this from the Chrome store - it's a violation of their TOS.

• (2020-01-21) Ash Koul: It works as expected. Is it possible to also capture the information directly below the date in the reviews? Specifically, under the date for many reviews it sometimes says "Verified Purchase" or "Vine Customer Review of Free Product". This is not present for all reviews, but I would like to capture it to distinguish the verified purchase reviews from the others. If you could make this upgrade, this would be a 5 star product.
• (2020-01-19) Neverhide: Used to work good enough and I have recommended it to my colleagues. But it stopped working since December 2019. Exports empty fields for the Title and review itself, making it completely useless. Looks like developer doesn't care much to fix the issue. The developer posted a comment advising to import CSV to Google sheets instead of opening it directly in Excel. This hack fixed the issue, it imports to Google with no issues. Thanks.

• (2020-01-14) Sana Raja: Purchased this after seeing the pictures/ description of the export, especially because it stated that it allows for google sheet export. But I was only able to get a CSV document, which included reviews from only the first page of the amazon product page. When I tried to export the google sheets, it didn't work.

• (2019-10-25) Steven Arjonilla: I really like this extension. It makes it super easy to download all of your product reviews to an excel file. My only suggestion is to add a column for the "Date of Review." I would like to be able to filter by dates and currently this extension does not scrape the date of the review. Can the developer add the date feature? If the date of the review can be added to the report then I will change by review from 4 stars to 5 stars!
