Find large images(any size larger than 1000px) and limit its width and height to half of original. Chrome will use original dimension of image to render on native solution.

- (2013-11-24) Mark Kenworthy: It works as advertised, but doesn't work well in a multi monitor environment. If you have a chome window on a non retina display it would be nice to simply click on the toast icon to disable it for that tab.
