Photo Collage Maker for Chrome is a very simple and intutive tool which can be used by anyone for making impressive photo collage. This extension offers you different layouts beginning with 2 pics and goes upto layout for as many pics as you like. All you need to do is to toggle frame and column number as per your need.
This photo collage builder allows you to choose a photo of your choice from your local folders and then you can adjust picture position easily with mouse. You may also apply different background (transparent, color or photo) to suit your mood. Photo Collage creator also allows you to modify collage dimensions as per your choice as well as the collage border color.

- (2021-05-01) Michael Quevillon: Cannot resize photos, so you'll only end up seeing a small portion of bigger photos. I thought I could just make the collage huge (e.g. 2000x2000), but it did not change how much of the original image was shown. Then, it also just made the workspace huge, so I had to scroll to get to some of the buttons. Completely unusable.
