Dex is a game changer! I first used a CRM 15 years ago in a sales role and quickly saw the immense value in strong relationship management tools. Over the years, I’ve tried countless free CRM options but never found one that truly fit—until now. Dex is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s become an essential part of how I manage client and personal relationships. I’ve already recommended it to colleagues, and they immediately see the value too. Highly recommended!

This is the most stellar personal CRM ever. It has a near-instant setup and is very intuitive to use. I did compare Dex against Clay, and while Clay looks gorgeous and works flawlessly, Dex seems more robust and better suits my needs. I live in Gmail and Google, and Dex seamlessly integrates on top of them. I only wish I had found Dex sooner, and I can't wait to see where this little gem of a CRM goes. Pricing is completely reasonable, and this is one bill I'm happy to pay. I rate Dex five stars and give it 10/10. It is simply the best little CRM there ever was.

Great tool that helps with organizing my contacts and interactions with networking. The reminders that you can set to stay in touch with clients are great. The synchronization tools are also very helpful and it's worth your time to try this out.

I did some research for personal CRM and I'm glad I picked DEX. I had some questions during the set up period which were answered. I always appreciate follow-ups! As far as the software itself, it delivers. I like "reminders" and the intelligent integrations with LinkedIn and Gmail. I started to recommend it.
This is honestly the most useful app I have ever used!!! I work in fundraising across multiple countries and Dex has been invaluable to helping me keep in contact with all my client/friends across the globe.
Dex is everything you are looking for. I got all jazzed about it after looking for a solution to this problem (too many outdated professional contact spreadsheets! All disjointed from my meeting notes! And how am I supposed to remember my in-laws' wedding anniversary?) and started raving about it to my spouse... who of course was like, Adriaan I've been telling you about how awesome Dex is for months why didn't you hear me. Lol. Don't make my mistake! Treat yourself to some peace of mind. Dex has me realizing I've use cases I didn't even know I did... the LinkedIn integration is pretty magical. So is the map. I'm already dramatically more engaged with my network. Thanks folks for building this great product.
Has been a great tool as a personal CRM being useful but still lightweight.
This is by far the best personal CRM I have ever used - it does everything I was trying to spend hours to build in Notion but all within a useful, easy-to-use app. 100% worth the price. I recommend it to every business owner I know!
By far the best personal relationship management tool I have used. I've tried Clay (whose UI might be great in iOS but is a real PITA on the Web or Android). I've tried Fabriq, but abandoned it when I reported that I could not edit a birthday without the app crashing and my report was completely and totally ignored for months. Dex is pricey - it costs more than any streaming service I have, or my subscription to OpenAI. However, I'm okay with this because a) they are responsive to issues I've reported, so hopefully this keeps them that way b) my relationships matter and I really need a tool that helps me because I'm terrible doing it on my own, and I am lucky enough to be able to afford it.
I love the simplicity of Dex! I don't want to sell people or put them in a pipeline, I just wanted a way to connect with the people in my network that I want to keep in touch with. It easily reminds me who I need to reach out to when it's time. I love it!

By far the best personal CRM out there. I used Follow-up Personal CRM for years before they sold and shut down. I've tried multiple since then, including Clay. Dex beats them all. It won't work unless you do. Put in a little time to clean your contacts and set up tagging, frequency for check-ins, etc and you'll be netweaving in no time.
It's an amazing project and app. Maybe today it needs a little bit more to be 5 stars, but I am giving them because I can see what they can and will deliver soon. Thanks for it.
Great gamification to help you do the tedious job of sorting contacts! Dex is the most full-featured personal CRM I have tried. And I checked out several, trialed 1, bought another, and struggled with spreadsheets before finding Dex. I am a fan. I hope the team keeps adding functionality and integrations--there's lots of potential! I highly recommend Dex for managing your personal and professional networks.
I have been trying to create a personal network system for a while and Dex has been such a great solution. I love the view and groups function, the LinkedIn and FB integration, the birthdays and even the gamification of categorizing more than 1100 contacts (just 355 to go!) I've only been using it for just over a month and already I can see how it will be a game changer in my effort to manage the most important professional relationships. Previous efforts to adopt new productivity tools have been tedious and habit building has been lackluster, but I use Dex every day.
It is currently non-functional for me. The extension is installed & I've signed in, but it doesn't inject the HTML on people fb pages. When using the keyboard shortcut, the sidebar pops up but then hangs indefinitely.

Implemented Dex and within a few hours all of my LinkedIn contacts were organized. Love being able to organize my network and have a place to stay on top of my touch points!

It's easy to use, has so many features (like groups, reminders, and automatic syncing) that makes it so easy to use and helpful. I also love the Map feature when I'm traveling to see if there are folks near me that I want to connect with and reach out to in person!

Love this! I had tried using a spreadsheet, and business CRM's are not built for what Dex does. A keep-in-touch system is not just a strategy, it's being a good human. Dex allows me to do just that and optimize my time.

It integrates really well with Gmail and LinkedIn (and is far much more usable than Sales Navigator - if I were LinkedIn, I'd acquire Dex /so/ fast.) I love that it sensible shortcuts and can be largely keyboard driven. The hybrid approach of sidebar and full-screen app works really well. The merge feature is sensible, as is the incremental approach to cleaning up the data you import.

All of the CRMs I found were way to expensive and robust for my needs... until I found Dex! Honestly, this software is PERFECT if you're looking for a streamlined, organized, and efficient way to manage your relationships. I love the integration with my gmail account and the automatic keep in touch reminders are a game changer. This couldn't be easier to use. I finally feel like I have a system I'll actually use and implement. 10/10 recommend!!!
