Inserts a custom stylesheet and script into every web page.
This is simple extension that inserts custom JavaScript and CSS code into each web page, allowing you to modify the way it behaves and looks.
The default installation does nothing. You'll have to provide the script and stylesheet yourself. An example can be found here: https://github.com/Rufflewind/chrome_script/tree/master/example
To edit the script and stylesheet, go to chrome://extensions and click "Options" under "Custom Stylesheet & Script".
The text areas in the "Options" tab will automatically save as you edit. Existing pages are not affected until refreshed.
Note: jQuery NOT included anymore as of 2.0.0.

- (2023-06-27) Zbigniew Parzych: It just works as advertised. No useless fireworks. You add CSS, JS code and it injects it into web page. I use it to nuke annoying top banners in Google docs published to web. Also to override eye killer dark theme on YouTube with my own that does not destroy my eyesight and does not create head splitting headaches..

- (2020-03-20) Joy Chien: I had a very simple thing to style, because a site design was bugging me. This was the only extension I tried, and it worked right away. Easy. Thanks a lot!

- (2017-09-13) Toby Tse: Very useful
- (2017-07-11) Ben Howell: Seems to work, to an extent. Is there any way to have the JS fire after the page DOM has loaded? At the moment it seems that many getElementById commands won't work when used in this extension.
- (2016-12-03) Dan Safee: needed a simple css rule for a service I use. Installed the extension, added the rule, now my life is much easier.
- (2016-03-03) Knuts Koffer: Works fine, although not site specific. Save/Revert buttons would be nice.
- (2015-10-06) Matthew Morrone: I tried approximately 10 of these, and this is the only one that worked. Also, love the simplicity. Bravo.
