Image from store Send to reMarkable
Description from store The reMarkable tablet (https://remarkable.com/) is a wonderful new tablet for reading and annotating documents, but it can be tricky to get new files onto it quickly. The Send to reMarkable Chrome extension fixes this. Now you can print directly to your reMarkable tablet, just like you'd save a PDF on your computer, and it'll be instantly available on your reMarkable tablet. This project is not affiliated with reMarkable.

  • (2020-11-10) Bill Harvey: Dang that was so easy. Just a few clicks and done! This will make it sweet to do markups on PDFs and send the notes to coworkers. Love it!
  • (2020-09-08) E M: This is a godsend of a chrome extension - it just works so easily! Michael, you did good! Thanks a lot.
  • (2020-08-18) AJ Yu: fantastic extension! Super useful and surprisingly quick
  • (2020-08-11) Runar Gjerp Solstad: This certainly increases the value of the remarkable as a tool for reading and taking notes. Question for the developer, would it be possible to add a feature to name documents before printing?
  • (2020-07-21) Lucy Courtenay: Thank you - this is very useful. I generally save as PDF and then transfer with the app so this saves a few steps. Struggled a bit to get the code but saw that someone else had noted to "reconnect my reMarkable"
  • (2020-03-30) Pascal Rusch: Very useful to send documents and blog posts to read later on the rM. Very eady to use!
  • (2020-03-28) Paul: Easy to install and use. Fantastic work, thank you!
  • (2020-03-25) Gianluca Rossi: Fantastic idea! It works perfectly with most web pages. I found some exceptions with some blog posts (see examples below). In those examples, the document sent to the reMarkable might either have images that are over-imposed on the text or have missing text between two pages. I've tried to play around with margins and headers, but nothing seems to fix the issue. 1. https://eng.uber.com/forecasting-introduction/ 2. https://sudhanshupassi.info/part2/
  • (2020-02-24) Luca Bino: It just works, saving many clicks during the day. What could be even better is being able to have a "system printer" or a "send to remarkable" available (printing a word or anything else directly to RM). Amyway, thank you very much for your work
  • (2020-02-13) Jói Sigurdsson: Very, very useful. Thank you for creating this! There were two things that confused me a little when getting set up, remarking on them here in case it helps others: a) When getting the one-time code, the extension opens up a separate tab showing you the code. It took me a few seconds to realize I needed to copy that code, close the tab, go back to tab before that and paste in the code. b) When doing my first "Send to reMarkable" by printing the page, I needed to click "See more..." in the destination list in the printer dialog before I could choose "Send to reMarkable". Fantastic extension, will be using it a lot!!
  • (2020-02-13) Tiffany Bollin: This is great. Thank you for spending the time to make this! I appreciate it.
  • (2020-02-10) Ron Dijkstra: Hi, I can install the extension in my browser. From there on I need to get a one time code, but somehow I can't find it? I've tried both chrome and brave browers. I'd like to get this to work! Please advise.
  • (2020-02-09) Marcus Hausner: Well I just don't find the place where to put in the one-time code. Where in the reMarkable App/Desktop?
  • (2020-01-20) Martin Hess: Hi, until the newspapers i read online will send epubs, this helps a lot! And this is of course very helpful for other websites too! Thanks!
  • (2019-12-06) George: Beware I'm not sure your data securely goes from your computer to remarkables servers. It seems to go to a mysterious server: https://document-storage-production-dot-remarkable-production.appspot.com/ https://storage.googleapis.com/ If you trust this one guy not to read everything you print, fine, just be wary. EDIT: Ok after skimming the code and googling the server is does seem the native API uses that endpoint too so it must be remarkables server. I feel a bit better. If the developer can reply and clarify if its a totally secure transmission or not that'd be cool, but for now see this https://github.com/splitbrain/ReMarkableAPI/wiki/Storage
  • (2019-12-01) Felix Her: This is so cool! Found a nice article on the web? Send it to rM. Need a page of inspirition for art? Google what you need and send the image results to rM. Thank you a lot! :)
  • (2019-10-15) Seth Nielsen: Phenomenal job. This extension just....works. Want to read a Wikipedia page about differential geometry on your reMarkable? Easy sauce. Ctrl+P and you're done. So much more convenient than the desktop app (I'm on Linux, so it isn't officially supported). Trust me - all of these high ratings are not from bots!
  • (2019-09-05) Keith Francis: This is the software piece that reMarkable themselves are missing. I haven't printed a physical piece of paper for reading or jotting in weeks. Great job here.
  • (2019-09-01) Maire Shanahan: I'm on a chromebook and this doesn't seem to work. When I try to get a one time code so the extension can be linked to my Remarkable account, I get the error message on Remarkable site 'Not found'.
  • (2019-08-22) Frank Bradley: I have been using this for some time and find it an awesome tool to get information from the browser to the reMarkable tablet. For me this has allowed me to stream line my workflow so that I can take prototypes and other documents from the web to the rM and into meetings or discussion with out much work.
  • (2019-08-21) William Alexander: This extension is awesome. Makes it super easy to transfer work documents and emails to the Remarkable.
  • (2019-08-08) Graham Carver: Great extension. Just what I needed. Keep up the good work.
  • (2019-07-26) Kian: Awesome work. If you could add Google Cloud Print, or even a send to e-mail option (or both) that would be an awesome new feature. Keep up the great work!
  • (2019-07-25) Peter Beckwith: This extension does work. You need to go to print page and select the printer as "Send to Remarkable", was very frustrated initially, then realised how to actually use it!
  • (2019-07-22) Anke al-Bataineh, PhD: great idea, doesn't work.
  • (2019-07-19) Paco Gonzalez-Blanch: This is a missing functionality from the remarkable tablet brilliantly implemented in this extension
