The new Pega for Gmail Chrome extension boosts sales team productivity for Pega Sales Automation users by providing real-time insights right from their email. Sales reps can now:
- Leverages Pega’s Intelligent Virtual Assistant to analyze email text and suggesting actions and email responses in real-time (Engagement Edition required)
- Displays related contacts, leads, opportunities and organization when reading gmail items and google calendar events
- Sync emails and meetings as activities related to objects with a single click
- Search across your Sales Automation data and create or edit work objects without leaving your Gmail
Note:
- Works in Chrome with G-Suite corporate email accounts only
- IVA and NLP capabilities may not be available with all editions of the product
