With this extension, you can set up NGObrowser as the default search engine and customize your new browser tabs so you can chose your favorite charity to which you want to automatically donate cashless through your daily online search activities.

How it works:
We convert your daily online search activities into micro-donations which we will payout to your chosen charity. With this extension you are able to define your charity and we set your default search page to the respective branded search engine while continuing to provide you with a quality online search experience. You can always set and change your NGO by clicking the Add-On symbol within the browser-bar after installation. About every ten searches we donate approximately one dollar to your chosen NGO. Also we keep user privacy and security as a core principle in how we do search-business.

Required permissions:
"Read and change data on all pages of ngobrowser.org" and "Communicate with cooperating websites" - This allows our extension to interact with ngobrowser.org and to chose your favorite NGO.
"Change search settings on NGObrowser.org" - With this permission we can set ngobrowser.org as the default search engine for you.
"Read and change browsing history" - This permission is required for the "New Tab" page so that we can view your most visited pages.
