• (2021-01-15) Mike Carson: The software worked as described. The initial set up/onboarding, login and instructions were a bit unclear. It could definitely use a clearer / user friendly flow. For example: - To login to the extension, I had to pin it to the quick access bar in order to access the login screen - The website itself lacks instructions on where or how to login - The emails received eventually explain most of it - this point isn't mentioned when you first register which would have been helpful At the end of the day, after it was set up, it was fairly simple to use. It downloaded the videos quickly. Downloading simultaneous videos (10+), causing some to fail but I was able to resume/restart. Not sure if it was related to the extension or just the number of simultaneous downloads.

This tool has been very valuable to me in the use of downloading video content that I have purchased online. Before I had to access my content exclusively via web browser and that's it! But now that I have Video Renegade it totally changed the game. Now I could watch the content where ever I go! Thank you! Video Renegade knows what's up, thanks guys!

Surely Google should check that when people claim you can cancel at any time, you can actually do so? I feel ripped off and frustrated. Horrible experience.
