Пожалуй это, вторая прекрасная тема (первая попалась-"Man of Steel"). Мне казалось очевидным-неактивные вкладки должны легче читаться, поскольку между ними приходится делать выбор, а активной вкладке, достаточно контрастно отличаться от неактивных, поскольку читать её нет необходимости, этот сайт и так перед твоим носом открыт...
