Fixes some annoying things about Wikipedia
I developed it for myself, but what the heck, if someone wants to use this, let him benefit from it. Currently what it does is below, but I will add more in the future. (1) Toggle the (mostly useless) left panel (hides it by default). (2) Place commonly used language versions right at the top. (3) Toggle links/references. I often need to read other language versions of an entry, but those links were at the middle of the left panel, so I had scroll down the page. And the language entry order was sort of random, so I cannot easily find the language I want. I fixed my five favourite languages at the same location, so I can almost click one with a muscle memory, and with conspicuous flags. Greyed one means that that language edition is not available. I added link toggle to the version 1.1. I needed this when copying the text or reading the text using a TTS.
