יעקב 2025-01-30: I switched to Dropeex, a non-API tool that works with more suppliers. It’s very affordable, has great support, and the non-API approach of Dropeex makes a lot more sense.
dth4237 2024-09-27: I highly suggest not using this service! I subscribed for AutoDS back on the 24th of September 2024. I used the service to list an item from Walmart onto eBay. To test if everything was working correctly I had my brother purchase that item at which point AutoDS should've fulfilled the order. That did not occur. Instead eBay requested I ship the order out. I immediately brought this up by opening a ticket on AutoDS. I reached out several times to see what the status was resolving the issue and it was always the same, "we apologize" and "our team is working on it." Remind you this generic response would usually be hours after I would have to contact them. By the 27th, the day eBay expected the item shipped, I had enough. I requested a full refund. $214.80 for my annual subscription and $50 for money I preloaded to be able to fulfill orders. The CS rep requested I fill out a form for the refund where I learned that not only would I have to fill out a separate form to get the $50 back. I would also not be getting 15% of the annual subscription fee back. Imagine paying over $200 for a service, not getting the service, and then having to pay a 15% processing fee for the service you did not receive once requesting a refund! Again, I highly advise to stay away from AutoDS.

Kyns 2022-10-21: AutoDs is a company that makes multiple mistakes in all the processes that they offer automatic or manual and with tracking, they do not answer for it, they do not make refunds, they answer you with a link of clauses, (which sometimes create policies tailored to what you present claims) and if you sell products that the price of the supplier is less than $25, forget your orders will not be processed, you breach your client and affect the health of your store, for a high cost that will never be reimbursed, whether you use it or not. The customer support center is terrible, evasive, it answers the opposite of what you ask and the response time is +24 hours, by not answering your question, then you have to ask again and wait +24 hours to wait another bad answer or a link. If what you want is to sink your business, this is the easiest and most expensive way. I wasted time, money, leads, and the health of my account, all with just one app.

Mohammed el 2021-11-30: I have face the error token invalid, and auto ds told me renew token, i try this and agent too try all solution but nothing work, 6 days ago and my ebay store working without monitoring, no price update no stock and no quantity update, i have many sales with negative profit, and service autods so so so bad👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Euryale 2021-05-23: Malicious company! First, the prices displayed are not the prices you pay, I was surprised at the unusually high amount of my first invoice! In a second, their extension didn't always work, and completely stopped working! I alerted them to the problem with their extension via their online chat, and they were unable to fix the problem! I asked them for a refund, they refused. I insisted, but and they ended up offering me 20% over the next three months, which I also refused, because their extension no longer worked anyway! They therefore opened a ticket by email, and followed 3 WEEKS of exchanges, which resulted in nothing, because the people in charge of customer service are completely incompetent: They gave me links that didn't work, asked me 10 times to send them the same screens over and over again, implied that the problem was my fault, whereas auto-ds is all about even known to have some trouble! I asked them again by email, many times, to reimburse me, they ALWAYS refused, but offered me ... 15% over the next three months, whereas a week before they offered me 20%! ? This is not serious. I had to open a dispute on paypal, because they still refused to refund me, and they did not answer me anymore! Following the opening of this dispute, they sent me an email to try to intimidate me, telling me that I was going to lose the file, that I had to close it. They also promised to reimburse me, once the dispute is closed, and to offer me 20% over the next 6 months. I contacted paypal to warn them of this blackmail, and they told me NOT to CLOSE THE LITIGATION. Finally, Paypal proved me right, and forced Auto DS to reimburse me. Auto DS immediately banned my account, which means that I no longer have access to my ebay product listing, so the previous months were paid for nothing, since out was deleted ... This company IS MALICIOUS, they LIE TO YOU, take your money and provide NO SERVICE! Auto DS is a SCAM! GO YOUR WAY!
