• (2022-10-21) Kyns: AutoDs is a company that makes multiple mistakes in all the processes that they offer automatic or manual and with tracking, they do not answer for it, they do not make refunds, they answer you with a link of clauses, (which sometimes create policies tailored to what you present claims) and if you sell products that the price of the supplier is less than $25, forget your orders will not be processed, you breach your client and affect the health of your store, for a high cost that will never be reimbursed, whether you use it or not. The customer support center is terrible, evasive, it answers the opposite of what you ask and the response time is +24 hours, by not answering your question, then you have to ask again and wait +24 hours to wait another bad answer or a link. If what you want is to sink your business, this is the easiest and most expensive way. I wasted time, money, leads, and the health of my account, all with just one app.

• (2021-05-23) Euryale: Malicious company! First, the prices displayed are not the prices you pay, I was surprised at the unusually high amount of my first invoice! In a second, their extension didn't always work, and completely stopped working! I alerted them to the problem with their extension via their online chat, and they were unable to fix the problem! I asked them for a refund, they refused. I insisted, but and they ended up offering me 20% over the next three months, which I also refused, because their extension no longer worked anyway! They therefore opened a ticket by email, and followed 3 WEEKS of exchanges, which resulted in nothing, because the people in charge of customer service are completely incompetent: They gave me links that didn't work, asked me 10 times to send them the same screens over and over again, implied that the problem was my fault, whereas auto-ds is all about even known to have some trouble! I asked them again by email, many times, to reimburse me, they ALWAYS refused, but offered me ... 15% over the next three months, whereas a week before they offered me 20%! ? This is not serious. I had to open a dispute on paypal, because they still refused to refund me, and they did not answer me anymore! Following the opening of this dispute, they sent me an email to try to intimidate me, telling me that I was going to lose the file, that I had to close it. They also promised to reimburse me, once the dispute is closed, and to offer me 20% over the next 6 months. I contacted paypal to warn them of this blackmail, and they told me NOT to CLOSE THE LITIGATION. Finally, Paypal proved me right, and forced Auto DS to reimburse me. Auto DS immediately banned my account, which means that I no longer have access to my ebay product listing, so the previous months were paid for nothing, since out was deleted ... This company IS MALICIOUS, they LIE TO YOU, take your money and provide NO SERVICE! Auto DS is a SCAM! GO YOUR WAY!

It is really it is. They now have the improved version for a more stable monitoring and uploading way. This is what I'm using right now.

Watch out, these guys are greedy! When cancelling a subscription, there must have been some bug on the website and it was not deactivated. After realizing that after 2 days and contacting them, they told me that they refund policy is 24 hour. 24 hours? Really? Ridiculous. Especially while they teach on social media about fantastic customer service and keeping your marketplace store with positive feedback only. Hypocrisy. I end up paying for the whole month, despite the fact the account was active for 2 days longer only. No activity, no products, no stores added on my account during that time. It was not sufficient enough for them to refund me. Try some competition, there is plenty of great software out there!

The items are constantly out of stock on ebay while in stock on the suppliers, the prices are not updated frequently so often are lower then from the source. The support is tragic. This extension is a joke! it's just copy and paste tool. (Check the "hustle got real" extension, everything is nice and clear). I regret using it. Don't do this to yourself!

  I just finished working with an online AutoDS technician and let him have control of my computer. He could not get this to work. He suggested that I restart my computer and I did. I also deleted Google Chrome and reinstalled it. I deleted the extension and redownloaded it. It still will not work. Here is a link to all of the steps I took to get my store to work.
