GitLab API v4 に対応した GitLab の ToDo 通知拡張機能です。

"GitLab To-Do List" を取得し、通知します。
オプションによって、Issues(/dashboard/issues)、Merge requests(/dashboard/merge_requests) の情報をマージして通知することもできます。
(Done になっていてもアサインされていれば通知することが可能)

ツールバーアイコンの右クリックから、オプションをクリックし、GitLab URL、GitLab API Path、Personal Access Token を設定します。

Windows 10 ユーザの場合
通知が OS により統合され Chrome の通知が行えません。
以下の手順で Chrome で通知できるように設定してください。
"chrome://flags/#enable-native-notifications" -> "Enable native notifications." を "Enabled" に設定し、 "Relaunch Now" をクリックしてください。
