They must be pulling the numbers from keepa and not amazon. The BSR, Rank and a bunch of other numbers are always off from what is on the amazon page. Don't rely on this tool for accurate data. Support is all done via email and is such a waste of time.

You can also check the number of sellers for each product. It has a feature called "Alerts," which will notify you when there is an issue such as hazmat, private label, and IP infringement. SAS also has limited versions of KEEPA. Plus you can easily export data to Google Sheets or Excel. A must have for every Amazon Seller!
