Hypercontext became my right hand in managing my team: all meeting notes, action items, follow up tasks, etc. - structured and easily accessible with just a few clicks. The side-panel in Google Meet during the meetings is invaluable! Nothing is misplaced anymore and the whole team is fully in-sync. Highly recommended!

It's super intuitive, collaborative, and streamlined. We pay for the Small Team Starter Plan ($5/month for up to 5 people), which does everything we need and then some. Couldn't be happier!
  • (2023-04-26) Janet Gershen-Siegel: MAKE A MOBILE VERSION! Seriously, why is this such a difficult concept? Hypercontext is a good idea in theory but the bottom line is that humans consume content in a mobile manner—and more and more of us are doing so every single day. So, why is Hypercontext behind in this area? And don't tell me you tried once and it didn't work. TRY AGAIN. Also, while I'm here, the notes feature is hard to see and find a lot of the time. If there's an area where people should be commenting, how about, oh, I don't know, making it easier to find? More accessible? Hypercontext is a decent idea with a meh execution when you get right down to it. There is a lot of room for improvement.

This allows us to collect and process all questions from marketing and sales in advance and to record important decisions. This Chrome extension has helped me to organise our meetings better and becoming more efficient. My favorite part of this tool is the summary, which is sent to all participants at the end of the meeting. This gives each participant a good overview of their tasks until the next meeting.

Done are the days of using Google Doc templates for planning agendas and recording minutes. The extension makes planning simple, you can easily link a Soapbox agenda to a particular calendar and add the line items and resources through the side panel without leaving Google Calendar. Also, the overlay during Google Meet meetings is great for providing everyone with the talking points without having to pull up a second screen. Would highly recommend trying out Soapbox and this extension!

It has resulted in robust conversation that are efficient in nature. There is a learning curve as staff aren't used to contributing to an agenda, but each time we use it they see the potential and believe in it's use more and more. A great tool!

Soapbox not only offers suggestions for my 1:1, but it also gives me the questions and templates. You can create your own templates! Then, after you've documented the answers from the meeting, you're able to schedule follow-up tasks (which links to your calendar *love*) or finish the session and email out the notes. One and Done! You can't get any better than that!

Works seamlessly with both Google Calendar and also will surface your agenda within Google Meet. You can manage your conversations from within the tools you are already using in your browser, just streamlines everything nicely. Makes setting agendas and tracking actions and follow-up a heck of a lot easier. It is still a WIP and for ad hoc meetings, or meetings with people outside your organisation there is still work to do, but overall a great great tool to improve the tidal wave of video meetings we are all now in.

It also allows me to prompt my team on tasks they have due for our 1:1 or team meeting My favorite part of this tool is that it integrates seamlessly into my day to day organisational tech stack. It's also very helpful when completing reviews as a lookback tool.

In between meetings I find that I jump to Twitter or LinkedIn because of that weird 5 minute lull between meetings. The fact that it stops me and shows me what tasks I've committed to and should be focusing on more has been a lifesaver. I'm so proud of what the team has built here. While I do work at Soapbox, I honestly couldn't live without this extension. It's made me so productive, kept me accountable, and so, so organized every day (and I'm not a very organized person so that's saying something!)
