insert GTM code for debugging a container before implementation

injects a Google Tag Manager container with a user defined id in all pages of specific domains for testing before implementation of the GTM script. Early stage beta version - only a german user interface available for now. Note: GTM code will only be added to the head section (there will be no noscript-fallback in body).
UPDATE: stores up to 5 sets of different settings
