YouTube Music Web Player Search Extension. Search & play music in YouTube Music Player using Google Custom Search directly from chrome omnibox (search bar).
YouTube Music Web Player search allows the user seamlessly search track, albums, artists while surfing the web by navigating to the YouTube Music Player Search user interface.
How to Use
1.First of all, open YouTube Music Web Player (https://music.youtube.com/). Sign in and always remain logged in to search and play music seamlessly directly from chrome omni box(search or url box).
2. Now you can click extension icon to launch search OR use omnibox and type "YTM" enter 'TAB' key and type to search the track of your choice.
3. When you find the track , music or song you were looking for just click the link.
4. If you are already logged into YouTube Music Web Player you will be able to play it asap else you will be asked to log in.
5. Enjoy searching music on YouTube Music™ for free!

I was hoping for more control or configuration of video I'm playing... not just play the video, just like chrome already does. you can adjust the speed, just like chrome already does. was hoping for color, brightness, zoom, things like that....

At present time, it is only able to display English audio, as english text... but its a start. To turn on live captions, read this instruction. Use Live Caption in Chrome On your computer, open Chrome . At the top right, click More. Settings. At the bottom of the Settings page, click Advanced. Under “Accessibility,” turn on Live Caption. - (2021-06-24) I know: искал то, что будет стакаться с video speed control и это расширение вполне управляемо, на сколько мне нужно шагов замедления/ускорения, НО... отвратительный выбор видео+бывает сбивается тайминг+не рабочий плейлист, если выбрано не одно видео (через контрл)+ картинка бесячая и не понятно, ты уже загрузил видео или нет. 3 только за реализацию локал хтмл5 плеера

- (2020-12-16) Cheung Tyrone: It does the job. I was using jumpcutter to skip the silent parts in videos it but I only want to enable it for local files as otherwise it applies to all that I watch in the browser. I cannot access the built-in page to play the local file if it was disabled, so I play my video with this extension and ask NooBoss to enable jumpcutter only when the page of this player is active. By the way, there is some minor problem with the styling of the control panel. The buttons are not aligned in the middle vertically and to be honest the border and box-shadow are not so goodlooking. If someone experience the same problem, you can write a stylesheet with stylus. To align the buttons, change .fa display to table, line-height and height to 30px and set padding in .btn to 0. To get rid of the border, background and box-shadow, set them to none in .btn:not(.btn-primary).
