Place Guide は フロントエンドデベロッパー向けのツールです。
使い方:
Webページ上の任意の場所をクリックすることで、ガイド（ライン）を配置します。
ガイドは水平方向、垂直方向を選択することが可能です。
また、ガイドの色を変更することも可能です。
Clearボタンをクリックすることで、Webページ上に配置した全てのガイドを消去します。
