The Zaurus app allows healthcare providers to create digital consulting rooms in which they can conduct video consultations with care recipients and/or fellow healthcare professionals. Zaurus provides apps for desktops, mobile phones, tablets and web browsers.
Users who wish to use the Zaurus web app on Google Chrome can install this plugin, which will enable them to share their screen during a video consultation. This way, specific files or images can easily be scrolled through while they are discussed.
The person sharing their screen will be able to select which screen they wish to share.
From the perspective of the receiver, the shared screen will appear next to the regular video consultation screen and if they wish to do so, they can click the shared screen to full-view it.
