Enables application sharing in a CERN Vidyo WebRTC client

Rainer Peter Feller 2018-03-28: It works great, the best solution to use vidyo on recent linux distributions. Works nearly perfect on X11, the window you share has to be on the same screen as the active screen. Screen sharing doesn't work at all with wayland!
