What it does?

You can activate Snow anytime.
Once activated, it blurs everything on your screen.
Hover over area you want to see.
This extension helps bringing little more privacy while you are in public places.

Nope. This technique improves the privacy by blurring out text on the screen. People around you still can know what application you are using and see what are you typing.
