• (2021-09-18) Ellie Hastings: After awhile, I managed to unlock the marketplace and redeem my first Amazon voucher, but after that (3 weeks later) I just get timers. While my friends have access to marketplace (products in-stock) at the same time while mine says there is no products in-stock. I wouldn't bother. It took me absolutely ages to unlock the marketplace and then when I did with hundreds of tokens saved up, I only managed to redeem 1 thing. Just a scam. Least I got a £5 voucher though.

• (2021-05-21) Simon James Mann: Used every day for a week, got to 3 days in a row then the next day it reset back to 0/5 then got up to 2/5 days and it reset again, almost like it's a scam. Even invited 2 friends who signed up and still not unlocked the marketplace
• (2021-03-05) Dribkram84: Concept is sound but poor access to rewards Rewards that are of value (e.g. Amazon or Netflix vouchers) are hugely limited (1 per 6 days for Netflix) and that is only if you are lucky when they go live. Practically you therefore have to wait for them to unlock and then it is a gamble if you get them or not. This is worsened by only being able to claim per 7 days so there is no specific way to convert credits to a valuable product that isnt labour and time intensive. Effectively this is only half of the service is claims. I've had £15 via Amazon vouchers since joining over a year ago.

• (2021-01-23) Danny Keeley: Very dodgy forcing you to invite more people to be able to even use the points. Then when you can use the points, you can still never use them, they never have stock, even waiting for the countdown there is still no stock. Probably just a scam.

• (2020-10-31) Andy Brown: I have tried to use this app and unlock the marketplace but it will not unlock, i shared the details with my wife and brother and apparently my brother can't pass their fraud checks even though hes installed the apps, used them and accumulated 200 points. its a con really and a waste of time, shame as the idea was really good and clever. Their customer service is appalling as well, i sent them a message and got a generic response back but it took 9 days!! they state everywhere they will respond within 24 hours. don't waste your time!

I wasn't going to post a bad review but no one ever gets back to me when i've sent mails with problem after problem with no reply so here i'am posting my review. Which i wouldn't have had to if these were dealt with. So here are the problems i've faced in the first 2 month. 1. I cannot unlock any things to buy with your tokens tells u to invite 3 friends which i have invited and they have signed up and gained tokens and still i cant use my tokens for anything useful 2. Its doesn't sync so it pretty much useless 3. My to-do list has not updated since i've signed up 4 month ago. 4. It constantly logs you out so which means u don't gain tokens/points and have to constantly log back in again to gain any. 5. Points go up fast as the start then 1 month in they slow right down to not even gaining 1.00 token/point per day as a pose to 100.00 per day at the start although my laptop is still getting used the same amount of hours each day. 6. Customer services is useless and not one gets back to u although it says "typically replies withing 5 hours", which is bull s**t. If i could screenshot and send the amount of messages that have been ignored then i would. There is no one who downloads this app going to gain anything the only people gaining in Gener8 who are using all our data for god knows what. I don't know what the developers intentions were when they started this app but its has failed big time. Unless all these problems are fixed then they are going to lose customers once then start noticing all these things for themself. Sorry developers but yous left me no choice as your constantly ignoring me so maybe you'll notice this and at least try to reply to my mails, someday!
• (2020-07-03) Alex Adams: This is a great idea if they diddnt hold you hostage when it comes to unlocking the marketplace, says i have 2 share it with 2 people which iv actually shared it with 5 people as i found this to be a great idea, they claim you just have to share it with 2 people and have them earn just 1 token, of which 3 have so far as iv had them send me pics, you get 10 tokens just for filling in your profile so whats the crack? The customer service is disgusting, can clearly say the persons available but they dont reply. Cant confirm if the stock is horrible on gift cards due to the fact i cant even access them even though iv racked up 200+ tokens so far. • (2020-03-12) Terry Boyden: lets you rack up loads of "tokens" but does not let you spend them. deceptively, puts a countdown clock on rewards and then keeps resetting them. seems to have something to do with social media "referrals" so success depends on having a big futile social media presence or being an avid internet chain mailer. none of this is made clear. cannot believe Sky News let these cowboys on their channel
