Allows for retrieval of files immutably stored on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain by the CashWeb protocol (see https://github.com/kentjhall/cashweb).
Files are queried from extension popup (Chrome doesn't yet support custom protocol handlers for extensions unfortunately). May be sourced from any specified BitDB Node, REST endpoint (much slower), or trusted CashServer (faster). Links of the form web+cash://<id> will be "linkified" (turned into clickable links) if left enabled.
